School on Electron Microscopy

NFMC Spring School on Electron Microscopy

Two-day school on basic electron microscopy is intended for graduate students (MS and PhD levels) and assistant professors with relatively little or moderate experience in electron microscopy, as a part of the Nanotechnology and Functional Materials Centre, Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade. NFMC FTM UB is funded by EC through the FP-7 project NANOTECH FTM No. 245916. This course will include lectures by experts in the filed of transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, focused ion beam and analytical microscopy, including energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS). It will address the basics of transmission and scanning electron microscopy, focused ion beam and different spectroscopy techniques.

The official language of TEM School will be English.
