Dr Djordje Janacković is a Professor and Vice Dean at the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy. He was the Head of the Department of Inorganic Chemical Technology during 2003-2005. He completed his doctoral thesis in 1999. at the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy. He is author more than 80 publication in the pear-review journal and conferences, and about sixteen project, elaborates or studies. His research investigations are related with ceramic materials processing; powder/materials synthesis by sol-gel method, ultrasonic spray pyrolysis, coprecipitation, sintering, determination of surface properties of materials, investigation of kinetics and mechanism of phase transformations, processing of nanostructured porous or dense ceramics and bioceramics. Currently, he leads the national part of one EUREKA E!3033 project related with bionanocomposite, participate in the second EUREKA E!4141 project related with sorption properties of materials, and leads one national research project related to nanostructured ceramics.
